The holiday season started a bit early for me this year. For celebrating the 5th anniversary of losing our respective bachelor/spinster statuses me and mah lady decided to get away to the sunshine state of Florida in the middle of November. It was amazing.
There is so much the state has to offer to the tourists - from the magical world of Hogwarts (muggles go figga) to the gateway of a different kind of magic at NASA, from the wild alligators of Everglades to the wild night life of South beach. And the food - oh my God!!!! the butterbeers, stone crabs, shrimps, the fresh catch of the day from the Atlantic - it was paradise. I can't wait to get back there.
We came back to Phoenix on the weekend before Thanksgiving. 3 days of work and back to 4 days of holidays. It was the ideal R&R that we both wanted for a long time. Looking forward to Christmas and New Year.
